Fergus and the team completed a thorough inspection and quote from the outset, which was a sign of a timely and professional job to come. The team worked efficiently, taking care to prevent any damage, as the work required access through our apartment. They completed the new membrane in a much superior fashion to the original installation, including repairs to seal any other possible faults that they discovered during the removal of the tiles. The work was completed within the timeframe suggested and we are very happy with the result.
